Number 13 : Lucky or Unlucky

 

                                  NUMBER 13

The number 13 is synonymous with bad luck. It's considered unlucky number. In many buildings there is no 13th floor and also many hotels do not have room number 13.

In the Reliance world cup in 1987, India had to play  against New Zealand in Nagpur. When both the teams arrived room number 13 was allotted to Chetan Sharma. Initially he was afraid since 13 is considered as unlucky number. In that match Chetan Sharma took the hat trick and became the first bowler to take the hat trick in the World Cup history.

After this incident he tried to get room number 13 wherever he went but he never got.
